Mood Media© is awarded 3 year contract as official digital signage partner for ING Bank, Netherlands.

ING Group is a hybrid of banking, insuring and asset-managing services. Its primary market is the BENELUX and other growth markets include Asia/Pacific, Europe and North America.

Challenge
ING recognised that in order to provide the best service, investment was required in to the branch infrastructure. It was determined that in-store media would compliment the new refurbished branch layout. 

Solution
ING included a digital media network as part of its refurbish program. The concept is to create an “open-branch” feel where customers can enter the branch without boundaries. Bespoke music programs welcome the customer and ING digital explains about new products and services. The ING digital solution integrates with th ING queuing system, benefiting from a captive audience. 

Technology
The audio, visual and queuing solutions are all broadcast via Mood Media© TeamCo technology.

Results
Testing the content itself, its delivery and the duration has delivered positive results for ING in terms of increased sales, awareness and message recall.
